I got Sam Hiti’s Death-Day Part One in the mail last week. There are some books that just seem to ooze this mysterious comics-energy, and this is definitely one of those. It’s becoming one of the books I keep around the desk at all times — not just because it’s a reminder of how fun this comics stuff can be, but also because of how great it smells. I’m not even kidding.
